The COVID-19 recession hit Latino workers hard. Here’s what we need to do. Latino workers are disproportionately concentrated in industries that have been hit hardest by COVID-19: restaurants, hotels, and construction. And they are underrepresented in the least-impacted industries: finance, telecom, and information.
