Earlier this month, we were delighted to gather with retail and consumer products leaders at the Consumer Goods Forum Global Summit in Kyoto. Though conversations centered on consumer pressures, a stressed supply chain, climate shocks, and political instability, our dialogue about solutions had a truly galvanizing effect. We discussed how we can best leverage advances in emerging technology and other ways to not only deliver impact but ultimately address consumers’ most pressing needs. On an inspiring note, our Consumer Lab offered an illuminating peek into how the consumer economies of the future will shape how people live, work, and spend in 2035. Reflecting on our time at the summit, we feel a renewed sense of optimism about the road ahead. We look forward to connecting again soon. Until then, I invite you to peruse our latest relevant insights. |
