| Construction begins on the Palms on Lady residential tower The luxury residential tower at the corner of Lady and Assembly streets will feature 83 apartments ranging in size from 466 to 1,172 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2022. MLILY USA expanding Winnsboro mattress factory The expansion will create 65 jobs and increase production at the 650,000-square-foot facility by more than 4,000 units a day.
