Condos planned for River Ranch starting at $1.1M

Construction will begin next on luxury townhomes on one of the largest pieces of untapped land remaining in River Ranch.

The Oaks at Settlers Trace, 95 Settlers Trace, will include eight townhomes and four condo units over the 2.2-acre property with each unit having a starting sale price of $1.1 million, records show.
