But Sheriff Sid Gautreaux disagrees, saying moldy ceilings, flooded floors, broken sewer pipes and other problems have created "dangerous and inadequate living conditions." Both sides agree, however, that the facility needs to be replaced. Legislation backed by former state House Speaker Clay Schexnayder has done a lot to help the hemp industry. Now, a hemp dispensary and a hemp distributor have hired him as a lobbyist. The development has caught the attention of his critics. The NFL Draft kicks off Thursday night, and the New Orleans Saints will be looking to bolster several positions, including offensive tackle, wide receiver and cornerback.
