Conditioning Spray for Tangle-Free Dogs

By coville123

A bottle of conditioning spray for dogs.We have shitzu puppies, and their hair is a lot of work to keep away the knots. We have to brush their fur everyday. I keep a bottle with 1 tablespoon of conditioner and a cap full of vinegar mixed with water. Shake well, spray on their fur and brush. It keeps knots out and makes the coat shiny.

Kona (Yorkie Chihuahua Mix)

By supergurlannie

Kona (Yorkie Chihuahua Mix) - brown and tan puppy in a blanketMy husband and I had been talking about having a puppy for a while, but we never had the courage to get one. So I've been dog sitting a few times because I was home full time. The week of our first year anniversary I asked my husband if we could go look at a puppy I found on Craigslist.

Keeping Cats from Scratching Screens

By Shirley

Cat porch with screen protection. The screened in sun porch is our four inside-only kitties favorite place. On their first visit, each one had to check out the view which was just over their heads. As their claws stuck in the plastic screening causing small tears, I wondered how I would ever keep them from escaping thru torn screens.

Healthy Icy Pet Treats
If you have some small ramekins or little cups, you can make some healthy treats for your pet. Fill the cups with leftovers - add a little water and then freeze. It will provide a nice icy treat for your pet and will allow them to enjoy the challenge of getting it out of the container.

Caring for a Puppy with Diarrhea
Yesterday my puppy of 8 weeks had thrown up everywhere and had diarrhea (yellow, watery), as well. She did not want to eat and was really tired. She also was on pain medication and some medication for worms. I called the vet immediately and they told me to bring her in as quick as possible.
Caring for a 4 Week Old Puppy
My mom's coworker gave away puppies because he couldn't tend to the 6 puppies his dog gave birth to. They are 4 weeks old. My puppy might be having a hard time without his mom. He loves to play after he eats, but at night he sleeps for a few hours then wakes up and starts whining. How can I soothe him?
