Comparing pressure canners ⚖️

In the world of home canning, pressure canners are an essential tool for preserving food. Especially if you want to preserve vegetables or meats. Two of the most popular brands are All American and Presto. Both offer a range of models with various sizes and features, but how do they compare to each other generally speaking?

Here’s my comparison of All American and Presto pressure canners.

But you don’t just need a pressure canner. A canning pot for water bath canning is another specialized pot used for home food preservation. It can only be used when processing high-acid foods through the water bath method, and those foods include fruit, jams/jellies, pickles and salsas.
