Long running scripted serial drama like telenovelle or soap opera sets can easily create 1TB of footage per shooting day. The cost of maintaining that stock before the editing process, using online storage or in the cloud is prohibitive. One very effective solution is to store the rushes on LTO tape, managed by Archiware. By uploading proxies to Limecraft Flow and by keeping these linked with the original shots, users can access the material conveniently via a web interface and export the rough cut in high-resolution without further manual intervention.
