What you need to know A judge denied Colby Jenkins access to ballot info in close 2nd Congressional District primary. He was asking for names and addresses of voters so he could "encourage them to respond" to the county clerk. He is now considering another lawsuit because of ballots postmarked after June 24, the last day to mail in ballots. He is behind Celeste Maloy by 314 votes. Nye has been the superintendent of Granite School District since 2021, where heâs developed and implemented educational policies and programs as well as ensured compliance with state and federal educational requirements. Under his leadership, graduation rates, student proficiency, and personalized learning opportunities have increased.
