Meet the queen of Weimar punk at Soho's swish new cabaret club

The "darkest, funniest and most debauched Kabarett Klub west of Berlin" is a pretty bold claim, but if anyone can pull it off, it's Bernie Dieter. The award-winning queen of Weimar punk makes her long-awaited return to the UK, in the debut show at Soho's brand new live entertainment venue, Underbelly Boulevard.

On 17 October (psst... that's next week!) Bernie Dieter begins a thrilling two-and-a-half-month residency at Underbelly's first ever permanent home. A gin-soaked evening of song, circus, and fire-breathing sideshow awaits, courtesy of the acclaimed performer who has been described as "a cross between Lady Gaga, Marlene Dietrich and Frank-N-Furter in sequins", plus her haus band and travelling family of misfits.  

Bernie Dieter's Club Kabarett runs Tuesday 17 October 2023 to Saturday 6 January 2024  at Underbelly Boulevard, which you'll find at 6 Walker's Court in Soho. From a spiegeltent in Leicester Square to that iconic giant purple cow at the Fringe, Underbelly has produced events in some incredible spaces. This one's even more, special though — because it's the Olivier Award-winning event producer's first permanent venue. Underbelly Boulevard promises the hottest cabaret, variety and music in town, and with Bernie Dieter, it's certainly delivering.
