Free family fun at the Cultural Fair - this Saturday 10 April Get yourself along to the Cockburn Cultural Fair this Saturday 10 April, 3-7pm, at Harmony Oval, Harmony Ave, Atwell. This annual event celebrates the different cultures of Cockburn with yummy foods available, international music from Soukouss Internationale, Chili Con Curly, Itayicious and SegaLoya Dance. There will be a range of free activities around the grounds like a caricaturist, a kids craft tent, and the grand final of Cockburn’s Got Talent! |

Build your resilience and that of your community by taking part in these four workshops. Learn new tools and build connections! These four workshops are for you, if you ask yourself: What future are we creating for our kids? How can I cope with what’s happening in the world? Can I make a difference? Federal Volunteer Grants - lodge an expression of interest by Thursday 15 April Are you in a community group, club or organisation who could benefit from financial assistance? Federal grants of between $1,000 and $5,000 are available to help community organisations operating in Fremantle, Cockburn, or East Fremantle to buy equipment such as laptops, pay fuel costs, or assist with volunteer training costs. The first step is to lodge an expression of interest with Josh Wilson MP office by Thursday 15 April. |
