CMS Extends the Deadline for Public Comments on the Medicaid and CHIP Parity Compliance Templates and Instructional Guides

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is extending the deadline set in the notice requesting public comments on the Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance (CHIP) parity compliance templates and instructional guides posted on September 9, 2024. The previous deadline for comment submission was October 29, 2024.

To ensure stakeholders have sufficient time to provide feedback, CMS is extending the deadline to submit comments to December 2, 2024. Please send comments to [email protected] by this date to ensure full consideration.
