Browns move: Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb has sent a letter to the Browns telling them the city intends to enforce the Modell Law, which gives the city or local residents the opportunity to purchase the team before it can leave to play in another location, Peter Krouse reports. Bibb’s letter comes a little more than two months after the Browns filed a challenge to the Modell Law in federal court in Cleveland, hoping to have it ruled unconstitutional. Andrew Kerobo only worked on unemployment claims from June 22,2020, until Sept. 5, 2020. Yet he was able to continue accessing the system and releasing funds until Dec. 10, 2020, Laura Hancock reports. |
