Chronic breakouts: Twenty-six juveniles have escaped from the Bridge City Center for Youth so far this year, and Jefferson Parish officials are once again calling on the state to close the facility. Six more boys escaped early Sunday and the last to be captured later that evening is now linked to an Uptown carjacking and shooting that sent a man to the hospital. Blake Patterson has the latest.
