| Visiting Christmas markets, getting a tree and presents, decorating the home â time has passed very fast in the last couple of weeks. A few quiet days with the beloved ones are exactly the right thing â luckily Christmas is just around the corner. Feeling the best after the holidays, one is well prepared to start into a new eventful year, which in Vienna will be given over entirely to Viennese Modernism. Four of its protagonists died in 1918: Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele, Otto Wagner and Koloman Moser. 100 years later, Vienna is celebrating their legacy as well as that of other key figures.
