One of famed modernist architect Craig Ellwood's earliest projects was the so-called Zimmerman House, which was built in 1950 and long owned by the co-creator of 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.' Sadly, the midcentury modern showpiece was recently demolished, shortly after it sold for $12.5 million to actor Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger. The couple are building a new modern farmhouse-style mansion on the Brentwood property, which sits directly across the street from Maria Shriver's own Brentwood estate.
