| | | You're invited to share your club achievements The City's annual club survey is live and we want to hear from you! This survey is an essential opportunity for clubs to showcase their governance, strategic improvements, community impact, and overall achievements over the past 12 months. Your responses will also contribute to the Club Recognition Awards, which will be held on Wednesday 26 March, 2025. Why participate? By completing the survey, your club can highlight key developments in governance, financial management, diversity and inclusion, marketing, and more. This is a chance to reflect on your club’s progress, celebrate successes, and gain recognition for the hard work of your committee, volunteers, and members. Key focus areas The survey covers a range of topics, including: Governance & Strategy – New policies, governance structures, and compliance initiatives. Diversity & Inclusion – Programs promoting inclusivity, facility upgrades, and engagement with underrepresented groups. Financial Management – New budgeting tools, revenue strategies, and financial transparency improvements. Administration & Planning – Digital systems, succession planning, and long-term sustainability. Marketing & Communication – Successful campaigns, sponsorships, and engagement strategies. Community Impact – Volunteer work, club events, and strengthening community connections. Collaboration with the City of Cockburn – Participation in City programs and partnerships with other clubs. Recognition and awards Your club’s responses will be used to determine the Club Recognition Award winners, celebrating excellence across all aspects of club management. A weighted scoring system will be applied to ensure fairness across club sizes, volunteer-led vs. staffed clubs, and previous award winners. All clubs who complete the survey will go in the draw to win a prize. How to complete the survey Clubs can complete the survey online by clicking the link below before 5 March 2025. We encourage all clubs to take part—whether you’re a small volunteer-led group or a large organisation, this is your chance to showcase your achievements and gain well-deserved recognition. For more information, please contact the club development team at [email protected]. We look forward to celebrating the success of our clubs at the Club Recognition Awards on 26 March 2025! | Complete survey |
