Appeals court partially pauses ACA preventive care ruling The US Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has temporarily blocked a Texas judge's decision that struck down a component of the Affordable Care Act that requires health insurers to provide full coverage of certain kinds of preventive care. Report: New college grads hopeful about job market Despite challenging financial times, many recent college graduates feel optimistic about finding employment, according to an annual survey report from Monster that shows 74% of respondents feel concerned about economic conditions but 88% are still confident it won't take long to find a job.
