| | | Nearly one year ago, we launched our Integrative Medicine at Home membership program. Our vision was to offer a way to support people impacted by cancer during a frightening and stressful time. This program became a new way to deliver dynamic integrative wellness classes directly to people who need them. Together, we have built a community centered on strength, resilience, and movement. We are grateful to everyone – our members and supporters – for trusting in our team to take you through this unprecedented time. All of you showed up and made time to move, sweat, and connect with your mind, body, and spirit – as well as with each other. We hope you enjoy taking a look at what we accomplished together. This is only the beginning! We are looking forward to offering new ways to improve your experience, and welcome new members in the years ahead. | In this relaxing and meditative workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience a gentle, grounding yoga practice and to learn breathing techniques to increase awareness of the throat and chest. These activities will prepare you for interactive voice work and a fun singing session. Voice work will include a vocal warm-up and simple chanting of melodies from different spiritual traditions. Led by an MSK yoga therapist and an MSK music therapist, the workshop will be followed by a brief question and answer session. All are welcome to join and you do not need singing or music performance experience to participate. | | |

| It can be easy to feel and show compassion for close friends and loved ones when they are struggling. Then why does it feel difficult to show ourselves the same caring attention when we need it most? Self-compassion is a mindfulness practice and life skill that can see us through stressful life events, including health crises. Join our six-week live Mindful Self-Compassion virtual class and learn how the principles of compassion can empower us to embrace our struggles and provide resiliency to steady ourselves in the midst of uncertainty. | The pelvic floor is your body’s powerhouse for supporting your core muscles, posture, and every day functions. Certain types of treatments and surgeries for genitourinary cancers can weaken your pelvic floor. Join the Barre Basics online series for six weeks of personalized core, pelvic floor, and balance exercises. An MSK dance/movement therapist will teach you simple but impactful exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor and improve your quality of life.
