Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney believes that if we don't learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it. So she wrote the Never Again Education Act to give teachers the tools they need to teach about the Holocaust accurately and effectively. "We know that hate is learned," Maloney said. "Our children are not born with prejudices, and it is up to us to make sure they never learn them."
