Hi John,

On Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern, my colleagues and I from Catholic Health Services of Long Island will be holding a special 3-hour live webinar on the role of CDI in Denials Management.

During the program, we will share how we made the case for CDI involvement in denials prevention and audit defense in our healthcare system. My colleagues and I will also take a deeper look at our denials management process, share high-target areas and how to handle them, and explore the roles and responsibilities of the various team members—not to mention providing physician and CDI education and analyzing data to develop a system-wide feedback loop to prevent future claims denials.

Participants will also get access to these helpful tools:
  • Sample queries
  • Data coordinators: Denials tracking sheets
  • Sample job descriptions
  • Sample appeals letters
I hope you can join us!

Sincerely,

Adelaide La Rosa, RN, BSN, CCDS
