Note from the Associate Editor | Let it snow, let it snow! | By Carolyn Riel Thanksgiving was last week, and the ACDIS team took a nice little break. We hope you all did, too. The holidays are always a time full of friends, family, food, and of course an accident or two with some helpful ICD-10 Thanksgiving-related codes. Once all the turkeys were carved, bellies full, leftovers eaten, and Black Friday deals shopped, here in Massachusetts, we greeted December with a dumping of snow. |

| Blog Highlight | Do you have a tip, story, or perspective to share with the broader ACDIS and CDI community? If you’re interested in writing a piece for the Blog, here are a couple guidelines for you: Length: Typically, 500-700 words. If your post is longer, we may break it into two posts for readability. Content: All things CDI (and coding too)! We love hearing about your experiences and the lessons you’ve learned about CDI along the way. Besides those two guidelines, all you have to do is submit your piece to ACDIS Editor Linnea Archibald ([email protected]) and Associate Editor Carolyn Riel ([email protected]). | |
