Cardi B, who filed a trademark for the name Bardi Beauty in April 2021, is sharing her secret to healthy, shiny hair.

With a clip of her hip-length hair glistening in the sun, the rapper wrote on Instagram: "My last 2 washes I been boiling onions and using the water to wash my hair [sic].

"I used to do this 6 years ago when I started my healthy hair growth journey. I stopped cause I got really lazy. [sic]"

While onion juice may be daunting to some, the rapper says it doesn't leave an odour.

"It's been giving a shine to my hair," she explains instead, while Healthline shares that there are, in fact, benefits to washing your hair with the tear-inducing veggie.
