One of the marquee events of the series will be the $1 million guaranteed 2021 Card Player Poker Tour Venetian $2,500 buy-in no-limit hold’em event, which will run from Nov. 11 – 14. This will be the tenth time that the CPPT has teamed up with The Venetian since the tour made its debut at the venue in 2013. More than $13.7 million in prize money has been paid out during the nine previous CPPT Venetian main events. All-time CPPT career money leader Jon Turner has won two of the CPPT Venetian event titles, securing $737,858 in combined earnings with those two victories. The 2021 DeepStack Championship II will feature a variety of game options and formats, including bounty events, survivor tournaments, and both multi-day and single-day tournaments. Game options include no-limit hold’em, pot-limit Omaha, and PLO eight-or-better. Tournament buy-ins begin as low as $400 and range as high as the $2,500 buy-in for the CPPT main event, with affordable and exciting options for players at every level. There are five separate events that feature $1 million guarantees, including the CPPT main event, a $1,600 buy-in Mid-States Poker Tour event (starting Oct. 12), a $1,100 buy-in MSPT event (starting Oct. 18), the $1,100 buy-in Mini DeepStack Championship (starting Nov. 1), and the $1,600 buy-in DeepStack Championship (starting Nov. 7).
