What You Really Feel | Capricorn Horoscope November 8, 2017 You might be extremely demonstrative in your affections today, which could mean that you will feel swept away by your declarations of love. It may be that your sense of joy and appreciation for your life could make you see everything around you through a rosy and even overly positive lens. While being loving and positive can be healthy, you might want to temper your friendliness should it become too effusive, and work on expressing only feelings that are genuine and true to you for each moment. Perhaps you can watch yourself the first time you state your affectionate feelings to someone and afterward ask yourself if you really felt unconditional love for that person or if you were making this statement out of habit. You might find that reflecting upon this could make you aware of the authenticity of your feelings and the hidden motives you may sometimes have when declaring your love. Seeing the range of feelings that we experience during the day allows us to become more conscious of what we feel naturally and what we think we feel. Each one of us has felt the need to give affection in order to receive it, but yearning to be true to what we feel not only makes us more genuine but also improves our relationships with others, since the people around us can usually tell when we are true to ourselves and when we aren't. Uncovering your real feelings and expressing them today will make your interactions and relationships deeper, truer, and more complete. | DailyOM Course Spotlight by Pema Chodron We all know what it's like to be triggered-- to have said something we wish we hadn't, or reacted in a way that wasn't helpful.
