Engaged Listening | Capricorn Horoscope March 11, 2021 What others say could pique your curiosity today, and this may make you more attentive during your interactions. Perhaps it is the intellectual stimulation you get from their ideas or the new ways of looking at old problems that intrigues you. While it is difficult to continually be attentive, this may be a good time to practice the art of listening fully to another person. Instead of just listening to the words other people say, for example, you can use all of your senses to help you decipher the underlying meanings of what the person is saying. Try watching their body language and eye movements in order to see what your intuitive sense tells you. Listening in this way can not only make you more aware of what is happening, but it might give you new insights to follow up on in your conversations. Learning to listen with discernment allows us to really tap into the messages other people wish to send. When we realize this, it is easier to become more deeply involved in the conversational interactions we have; instead of simply listening to a message, there is much more information to process and interpret. This awareness makes us more aware of our interactions and brings us to a new level of understanding others.
