These feelings often represent a sense of lack in your own beliefs about yourself, and you can easily turn them around by examining them more closely today. A good way to do this is by engaging in an empowering exercise that can help you challenge your negative perceptions. Simply write how you feel about yourself, the state of your career, finances, relationships, skills, and even your body. Then look over your list and consider whether each belief helps you or hinders you, and work on consciously changing your negative perceptions. Examining our beliefs about ourselves can help us better understand our motivations and overcome limiting behaviors.
