Plenty of sun and dry weather sticks around through midweek, with record highs a threat by Tuesday and Wednesday. So, about that whole official end of summer thing… Today (Sunday): After some patchy fog early, morning temperatures warm nicely through the 50s and into the 60s, under partly to mostly sunny skies. And with high pressure centered to our southeast, a light wind from the south (around 5-10 mph) helps afternoon highs into the mid-70s. Confidence: High Tonight: As humidity levels rise a bit, thanks to continued flow from the south, we don’t cool off quite as much as recent nights, and we may see a few periods of clouds or patchy fog. We’ll call it partly to mostly cloudy, with very light or calm winds. Lows remain generally mild, from the mid-50s to low 60s. Confidence: High |
