High temperatures for much of the upcoming week won’t escape the 60s and most nights dip into the 40s (or even cooler in some spots). Doesn’t it seem like yesterday when every day was 90 degrees? Chances of rain this week are scarce – and we could actually use some. Today (Columbus Day): We awaken to our chilliest morning since May – with most spots in the 40s. Despite considerable sunshine, highs have a hard time getting much above 60 degrees today. And, there’s a brisk breeze from the north at 10-15 mph, gusting over 20 mph at times. Layer up. Confidence: High Tonight: Winds go calm and under clear skies it’s even cooler than last night. Lows dip into the mid-to-upper 40s downtown to the upper 30s in our colder suburbs. No frost yet, but close. Confidence: Medium-High |
