This light, tangy risotto comes from Carmelo's, a long time favorite in H-Town and Austin. Carmelo is a charmer--a native of Taormina, Sicily, known for his wonderful desire to give back.

Then, onto Austin for one of the best sandwiches I've ever had...EVER...from Noble Sandwich Co.! We'll show you how to make their signature Smoked Duck Pastrami [above] this weekend. For an extra kick, add their pimento cheese to it.
After that, anything goes at The Cove. Part laundromat, part carwash, part "sol" food spot with famous fish tacos and over 50 Texas beers on tap! Grab the fam - we've found where to park it!
