MEDIA WINNER: Lawrence O'Donnell MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell led his network on Friday with a whopping 1.439 million total viewers. Not only did O’Donnell beat all his network competition, but he also brought in more viewers than every show on CNN. The MSNBC anchor only landed behind Fox News’ Laura Ingraham during the 10 p.m hour, who earned a total of 1.468 million viewers. O'Donnell easily beat CNN Tonight at the same hour, as the network only earned 261,000 total viewers at 10 p.m. In the key 25-54 age demographic, O’Donnell topped Ingraham with 130,000 to 119,000 viewers respectively -- a noteworthy feat! He also topped CNN Tonight, which earned 47,000 viewers in the demographic. On his own network, O'Donnell came second in the key demo, only falling behind Ari Melber, who led MSNBC in the demo with 132,000 viewers at 6 p.m. O'Donnell has seen impressive ratings as of late, often landing as a top-rated, if not the highest-rated, anchor on MSNBC -- and sometimes even beating his Fox News competition in the key demo. Props on the solid ratings run! |
