A Message from the Conference Director: |
Brothers and Sisters, I am pleased to announce that "Telling a More Beautiful Story: Lessons from C.S. Lewis on Reaching a Fractured World" will be the theme of a world-class Lewis conference to be held in Charleston, SC, January 26-28, 2023. Oxfordâs Alister McGrath, Michael Ward, Amy Orr-Ewing, and Simon Horobin will be joined by Wheatonâs Philip Ryken, Jerry Root, and John Dickson, plus Peter Kreeft of Boston College as we examine what we can learn from Lewis about sharing the Gospel in this cultural moment. I would love for you to attend and help spread the word in your communities, as this gathering (part of our Mere Anglicanism series of conferences) is a rare opportunity to hear so many scholars of this caliber in person. You can find the press release here, and the full conference details including lodging and full schedule at MereAnglicanism.org. Many blessings, and I hope to see you all there! The Rev. Jeffrey S. Miller Director Mere Anglicanism Rector, Saint Philipâs Church |
