1.Administrative proceedings before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce are resumed.
Through Resolution No. 28182 of 2020, the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (“SIC”) resumes the terms of administrative sanctioning and disciplinary actions and allows physical attendance to their offices for exceptional cases.

2.     New biosecurity guidelines for museums, libraries, manufacturing, and financial, insurance and stock market entities.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection issued Resolutions 889, 891, 892, and 900 of 2020, adopting the specific biosecurity protocols for the risk management and control of Covid-19 in the following sectors:

•Libraries 

•Financial, insurance and stock market entities supervised by the Superintendence of Finance.

•Manufacturing of tobacco products, printing and copy production activities from original recordings, and other manufacturing industries. 

•Colombian cultural sector (museums). 

3.Progressive reactivation of the educational sector.
As of August 2020, students can attend their schools under an alternating attendance model. Moreover, from June 2020 onwards, laboratories that require the physical presence of individuals to operate specific equipment can operate. For these purposes, the Ministry of Education issued guidelines and protocols to avoid the spread of Covid 19.
