President of the republic resumes regulatory functions in the public services field | By means of Decree 227 of 2023, the President of the Republic reassumed the general functions delegated to the Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission ("CREG" ) and the Drinking Water and Basic Sanitation Regulatory Commission ("CRA" ), for a term of 3 months. For the exercise of these functions, it may request the technical support of the commissions or other entities of the sector; for their part, the regulatory commissions will retain the function of issuing specific administrative acts. | | View more |
