1. Selective isolation quarantine was extended until 

Colombia will extend a so-called selective quarantine until the end of November.

2. Reverse Mortgages: A reality in Colombia: 

This financial instrument is an insurance by means of which the owner of a real estate property, as annuitant, transfers bare ownership of such property to an insurance company, as premium, and the later grants the annuitant a monthly indexed annuity until the death of the beneficiaries. Reverse mortgages will be provided to consumers through financial institutions such as banks.

3. No more prior PCR testing required for passengers entering Colombia.

New conditions for entering the country were established by the National Government when it eliminated the requirement of having a negative PCR test result up to 96 hours before the flight.
