1. Colombian beef producers receive approval to export meat to chile

The Ministry of Agriculture announced that Chile's Agriculture and Livestock Service lifted restrictions on beef imports from Colombia, which regained its FMD-free status.

2. The Ministry of Health and Social Protection modified the biosecurity protocol for the hotel sector. 

Two modifications were incorporated: (i) to eliminate the restriction on the total use of the capacity of the rooms when the users are from the same family nucleus; (ii) to lift the suspension of the minibar service, which will be allowed from now on after the disinfection processes have been completed. 

3. National Hydrocarbons Agency promotes new measures to foster exploration investments in the country

Extension by mutual agreement for additional exploratory activities, granting term extensions for the fulfilment of contractual obligations related to exploratory activities, and requests for termination by mutual agreement of contracts for the technical evaluation, exploration and production of hydrocarbons exploration and/or exploitation agreements, signed by the National Hydrocarbons Agency (Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos – ANH) are some of the key aspects of the draft agreement released by this entity
