1. Biosecurity guidelines to manage and control COVID-19 risks in the public areas

Considering the transition from a restrictive lock down to a selective isolation, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection (Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social) promoted new standards to avoid the spread of COVID 19 in public spaces. Among others, these includes voluntary self-isolation at home, social distancing, respiratory protection (masks) and biosecurity measures transiting from home to work and back.

2. Professional football is one step close to reactive with a new biosecurity protocol.

Resolution 1507 of 2020, promotes the risk management and control of COVID-19 in activities related to training and competition of professional footballers. Particular, it introduces rules for group training and competition stages, at a national and international level.

3. New regulatory measures applicable to electronic invoicing.

Decree 1154 of 2020 establishes the rules for the circulation and payment of electronic invoices, providing DIAN a special role as the invoice approver. Moreover, “RADIAN” becomes the first electronic invoice registration system, which will have great impact on the circulation of these securities. Likewise, the rules for the acceptance of the electronic invoices were provided in Decree 1154 of 2020.
