Early voting starts tomorrow

A Baton Rouge city court race tops the Dec. 11 election ballot, with a runoff between the top two vote-getters in this month's primary. early voting starts tomorrow and runs for a week (except Sunday). Joe Gyan previews the race, and DeRobertis has a story about a Springfield tax election also on the ballot.
