The acquisition is yet another step into the crypto world for eToro, who recently made cryptocurrency wallets and trading available within its platform to US users. Coinbase launched a staking service for Tezos holders today, enabling eligible customers to collect staking rewards on any Tezos held in their Coinbase accounts. Tezos price spiked upon the news, with prices briefly reaching almost $1.90 at one point on Coinbase. Bitmain co-founder Micree Zhan was ousted from Bitmain last week, in "a coup without consent".
