Decisions on applications from WisdomTree and One River Asset Management have been moved to May 15th and April 3rd respectively, with the SEC stating that it would like more time to review changes and comments. To date, the SEC has rejected or delayed decisions for all spot Bitcoin ETFs, including most recently denying applications from NYDIG and Global X. Goldman Sachs' digital asset trading division has executed the very first over-the-counter (OTC) crypto option by a major bank in the US, with partner Galaxy Digital. The trade took the form of a Bitcoin non-deliverable option (NDO) and represents a strong acknowledgement of crypto as a maturing market from the perspective of institutions.
