Vaping Reforms Information for Retailers |
| New legislation is in force regulating the importation, domestic manufacture, supply, commercial possession and advertising of all vaping goods. Non-pharmacy retailers such as tobacconists, vape shops or convenience stores must no longer stock or sell any type of vape. A scheme is in place for businesses to surrender commercial quantities of vaping goods that are now unlawful to the Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA), but you must notify the TGA by?1?August 2024 at [email protected]. | Food Items Made or Packaged On-site Food Standards Australia and New Zealand have introduced Plain English Allergen Labelling (PEAL) regulations which come into full effect on 25 February 2026.
