Deputy First Minister John Swinney said the situation "remains precarious" and the NHS is still under "considerable strain" as he revealed lockdown restrictions would not be changing until at least mid February. 'Quarantine hotels' could be introduced Stricter quarantine measures are on the cards for incoming international travellers to Scotland, the Deputy First Minister has said. This could include 'quarantine hotels' for those travelling into the country, but Mr Swinney said he is awaiting more information from the UK Government on this.
