Tasmanian Premier Peter Gutwein announces a snap three-day lockdown for the state's south after it was revealed a COVID-positive traveller fled hotel quarantine and visited a supermarket in Hobart's north. The lockdown will take effect at 6.00pm and will end 6.00pm Monday 18 October, subject to Public Health Advice. |
