House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Eliot Engel (D-N.Y.) and Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) sent Giuliani a letter Monday requesting the former New York City mayor turn over his communications and other documents relating to his interactions with the Ukrainian government.
