| British authorities were investigating the deadly explosion at an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester, England as a possible suicide bombing, a U.S. law enforcement official briefed on the matter told USA TODAY. The official, who is not authorized to comment publicly, said there had been no immediate claim of responsibility. At least 19 people were killed and about 50 others left injured, Manchester police said.
