The Biden administration today announced $3 billion to bolster the country’s semiconductor packaging manufacturing industry.
The money will go towards establishing an advanced packaging piloting facility to transition the production technology to the U.S., workforce development initiatives and manufacturing project funding.
The funding comes from the CHIPS Act and will establish a national program dedicated to building the domestic semiconductor packaging sector.Read more on our website.
