Our outdoor seating area has so much more room for activities! If you swing by this weekend, you’ll notice our expanded patio area. This will be a much needed expansion and make up for our lack of indoor seating due to Covid safety protocols. Pardon our appearance while we are waiting for our new picnic tables to arrive!
We are also thrilled to welcome back our Helles Lager on tap for pours and in bottles to go! Helles literally translates to “pale in color.” This unfiltered lager is brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malt, which lend a beautiful golden color, soft mouthfeel, and notes of fresh baked dough. Fermented with a Bavarian lager yeast strain, and conditioned at lower temperatures to create an ultra smooth, crisp finish. This German style lager has a fuller body, rounder mouthfeel, and less bitterness than light lagers or pilsners. A kiss of malt sweetness offers a balance to the spicy German hop flavors. Light, crispy, crushable, and full of flavor.
Our newest offering from The Cryptic Project, VICE, is a Tiki cocktail inspired mixed culture saison matured in stainless steel with pineapples, strawberries, and toasted coconut. Huge tropical aromas of caramelized coconut and freshly cut pineapple are counterbalanced by the slightest funk. The first impression is a pineapple juice bomb followed by a tart, bone-dry finish. Flavors of slightly underripe strawberries are left dancing on the pallet. This one patiently waited for a year in kegs and is now ready to share with you. The only thing missing from this sour beer is a tiny umbrella and a floral shirt. Neither will be provided, but both are highly encouraged. Available now for draft pours on site only. No growlers since we only have a limited amount. |
