Fresh out of college, she nabbed her dream job in theater-only to realize that passion alone doesn't pay the bills. So even though she loved the work, it was that realization that led her from the arts to Hasbro, where one simple question-"Can I figure this out?"-launched her career in data analytics. In this episode of Brand Insider: BTS, Stef admits she thrives on organization and strategy but has also learned that life isn't just about sticking to the plan. It's about recognizing opportunities, taking risks, and being open to what comes next. She also believes one of the biggest challenges for women entering the workforce is speaking up.
