Box Office: 'Daddy's Home,' 'Joy' find Christmas audiences, but 'Star Wars' continues to dominate

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" grossed an estimated $153.5 million in the U.S. and Canada in its second weekend, beating the lower end of analyst expectations. Finding an audience through all the lightsabers and stormtroopers was “Daddy’s Home,” starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, for a second-place finish with an estimated $38.8 million. Coming in third was "Joy," which reunites star Jennifer Lawrence with director David O. Russell, pulling in an estimated $17.5 million.
