Watermelon and Goat Cheese Salad
Ingredients: - Red watermelon - Coach Farm goat cheese - Cracked white peppercorn - Extra virgin olive oil - Fleur de sel
Method: - Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes. - Arrange on plate. - Crumble large pieces of goat cheese over the watermelon. - Sprinkle watermelon and cheese with fleur de sel and cracked white pepper. - Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
